WAPETIA Sundowner
WAPETIA kicked off in 2018 with a Hawaiian theme sundowner event on Friday, 2 February at the Seasons hotel in Perth. Over 50 staff members of WAPETIA enjoyed lovely drinks and canapés with Hawaiian theme. WAPETIA chair Malcolm Baigent welcomed all members and reviewed how WAPETIA members contribute and work towards a better WA student market.
WAPETIA secretary Robynne Walsh outlined our Professional Development activities planned for this year which include community services workshop for admissions staff on release letter, validation and moderation of ELICOS and VET assessments. The quiz was fun and the questions were well thought. Now we know who discovered the island of Hawaii!!!
