This year, WAPETIA member institutions participated in Professional Development workshops delivered by Chris Bright, Psychologist – Performance Consultant. The focus of the sessions was well-being and the aim was to equip the attendees in tools to deal with stress, work-life balance and procrastination. The program consisted of three sessions organised over a four-month period.
About the presenter:
All workshops were presented by Chris Bright. Chris is a psychologist who specialises in performance enhancement in both the workplace and sports context. Chris has a masters in organisational psychology and an extensive background in adult education. As a facilitator and lecturer he has received widespread commendation for his engaging, informative and inclusive style. Chris has worked with a range of public and private sector clients including organisations in the Disability, Oil & Gas, Indigenous mental health, Sporting, and Tertiary education sectors. Chris also conducts individual coaching to assist individuals improve wellbeing and performance.
